It is the application of Istanbul Fellowship Program which provides main information of participants and enable them to reach online meeting system. This system is open only for participant who will take place in program. This program is cooperatively organized by Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IBB) and Turkish Press and Publishers Copyright & Licensing Society (TBYM).
